We create a simple one page site containing the pictures & property particulars, paying careful attention to keywords that will make your villa easy to find on Google later.
You approve the design & pay us £99 by Paypal or Card. We register a domain name of your choosing and upload the site for anyone to view – for example www.casa-delightful-javea.eu
We register your site with Google, Bing & Yahoo – then in around 2-4 weeks time, a search for your villa should appear on Google’s regular listings.
Once your site has been on our server 12 months you pay us a £69 renewal fee. If your villa is already sold, then there’s no need to renew. If you want to make minor alterations during the year they are £20 each.
